Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy explains how The Independent Recruiter (IR) handles information on its Work from Home blog at blog.independentrecruiterplaybook.com/ir-work-from-home. For privacy questions, contact hello@unitystaffingservices.com.

Information you choose to share

If you email IR, we receive your email address and the information in your message so we can respond, review listing corrections, or discuss advertising. Please do not send passwords, government identification, bank details, or other sensitive information. Job applications go to employers through their own websites; IR does not collect applications through this blog.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe, IR collects your email address to send work-from-home job leads, blog updates, and related career resources. Subscribing is optional and is not required to browse the site or apply for a job. Newsletter contact information and subscription preferences are managed using systeme.io. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter, or email IR to request removal. We do not add you to the newsletter just because you send a general inquiry.

Hosting and technical information

The site is hosted on systeme.io. Providing the website and its forms involves processing technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, page requests, and cookies or similar identifiers used to operate and protect the service. See systeme.io’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices.

Google advertising and cookies

IR has installed Google AdSense code and is applying to display Google ads. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and device identifiers to deliver and measure advertising, prevent abuse, and personalize ads where permitted. Advertising cookies can use visits to this site and other websites to help Google and its partners select ads.

Read how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. You can manage or opt out of personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also review participating vendors’ opt-out choices at YourAdChoices. These choices do not necessarily stop all advertising or all data processing.

Affiliate links and external websites

Some links are affiliate advertisements, including links to PassMyInterview. IR may earn a commission if you purchase through an affiliate link. The referral identifier helps the destination recognize the referral; that provider may use cookies or other tracking under its own privacy policy. Employer application pages, course pages, advertisers, and other external sites have their own data practices. Review their notices before providing information or making a purchase.

Sharing and keeping information

Information is processed by service providers needed to host this site, manage subscriptions, deliver email, and provide advertising as described above. IR may also need to disclose information when required by law or to address security or abuse. Contact and subscription information is kept as needed for the purpose it was supplied; an unsubscribe or suppression record may be retained to respect an opt-out.

Your choices and requests

You can manage or clear cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may affect site features. Where a consent message is shown, use it to manage the choices it offers. For access, correction, or deletion requests relating to information you supplied to IR, email hello@unitystaffingservices.com. Requests concerning an employer, Google, or another external provider should also be directed to that provider.

Policy updates

IR may update this page when the site’s tools or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest update.
